Information on this site

The content on this site is general information about our design service. It isn't a quote, a contract or professional advice. Designs, 3D images and prices are specific to each client and are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Images on this site may be examples or artist's impressions and may not show finished homes exactly.

Our design service

Booking a first conversation is free. Any paid design work, and any building contract with a builder, is covered by its own written agreement. Those agreements, not this page, set out what is included, the price and each party's obligations.

Builders and other partners

When we introduce you to a builder or other partner, they are a separate business. Your contract for building work is with them, not with us.

Intellectual property

The content, logo and design of this site belong to Iterreditum Limited. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we can't promise it is always complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
